To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇到前面幾位食友寫有關對佢哋嘅迷你奶黃月餅嘅評語,很是同意...自己不嬲唔多食月餅,就算食都只會揀傳統嘅蛋黃蓮蓉月。對嗰D甚麼冰皮,嗤之以鼻...外母通知太太有朋友送來嘅奶黃月餅,口水流到好似瀑布咁厲害....包装堂煌華麗,送俾人簡直冇得頂...的的骰骰。嗅一嗅,非常之奶香味,口水開始嚟嘞...一口咬下,外皮鬆軟,極之"奶黃";蛋黃佔月餅餡差唔多四份三,紅紅的,煞是可愛....稍嫌蛋黃較實,欠少少油水....始終都係食慣傳統用豬油溠皮做餡嘅月餅...但嗰個奶黃香的確令人愛不釋手...始終各有各唔同食法la...
