放工先上媽媽家,hea一陣就去大圍食中秋造節飯加我舊歴生日飯上到去見到枱面有盒聖安娜奶黃月餅喎,細細個,啱晒我做下午茶餅皮令身光滑精緻,味道一般,好易散,感覺唔係鬆軟而係碎裂,可幸佢唔太甜,咬第二啖佢就整個皮肉分離,只可食晒餅皮再食奶黃奶黃餡預先混入咸蛋黃,比例似乎有點過火,咸味重左啲,淹沒左奶黃嘅甜滑,變左有點硬實,後尾只淨食奶黃餡時連餅皮少許嘅甜味都取去,整件奶黃餡變成有少少奶味嘅咸蛋黃皆因咸蛋黃這樣喧賓奪主,呢個奶黃月餅絕不過膩,可放心一人完成。## 媽媽事後話返比我聽 , 原來盒月餅入面有張紙 , 係教人要用微波爐叮 20 秒左右先後, 味道會更佳 , 不過我幻想到o既係 ... 叮完暖左 , 油膩左 ..
