To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食飯和做人一樣,除了要對得起自己的胃,也要對得起良心,這個早餐我食完就覺得非常不安,先不講食品質素,他們採用的餐具全是即棄的,包括:刀、叉、碗、碟、杯…無可否認,成本少了,洗碗人工也省了,可是對地球就造成了更大的傷害香腸有雪藏味,雞蛋沒雞蛋香味,反而餐包我是可以完全食掉的,不知道與我平時喜歡吃面包的習慣有沒有關係呢。這個早餐我食得很不安心,感覺自己沒有做到「保護地球,人人有責」,也許因為這樣,食完之後,整個上午我的心是沉沉悶悶的⋯⋯⋯

香腸有雪藏味,雞蛋沒雞蛋香味,反而餐包我是可以完全食掉的,不知道與我平時喜歡吃面包的習慣有沒有關係呢。這個早餐我食得很不安心,感覺自己沒有做到「保護地球,人人有責」,也許因為這樣,食完之後,整個上午我的心是沉沉悶悶的⋯⋯⋯
