今日約埋女朋友去食下日本菜,聽到佢話想食下海膽同蟹,於是就帶左佢去位置於灣仔既弘。店內環境算坐得舒適,座位寬闊,而且可以望住師傅炮製刺身料理特別有feel。今次我地叫左一個享丼丼 (二人份),入面有好多唔同食材,食既次序其實都有考䆓,先由較清新既海膽豆腐開始,海膽好鮮甜又新鮮,配上豆腐口感不俗。第二樣食既就係松葉蟹肉玉子燒,玉子上寫左店家既名幾得意,配上新鮮既松葉蟹肉和三文魚子層次好豐富。之後再開始食刺身,有三文魚、八爪魚、油甘魚和帶子,好鮮美而且油脂分佈平均,唔會食到有渣。完成刺身後可以開始食松葉蟹,先食蟹腳,再到蟹甘最後蟹蓋。師傅一早已經卜開哂d殼,所以食落都好方便。松葉蟹腳勁鮮甜,而且啖啖肉,蟹蓋夠多膏。食哂以上既料理後,下面其實仲有一層蟹飯,對於兩個人份量剛剛好。蟹飯入面仲有蟹籽,蛋絲同埋蟹膏,如果剛剛有食剩蟹肉將佢混埋個飯食一流,味道好濃郁,食完絕對想encore.
