趁今個星期未出差,約幾個朋友出嚟吹吓水。老友介紹嚟呢度,因為食過話正。响舊區兼舊樓,環境比較迫夾,冇得投訴!好在搭張大枱又唔滿,所以都未算迫!裝修,格局都幾六七十年代,仲啱我地幾個老餅!食物都係以鑊氣小炒為火,大路嘅豉油皇鵝腸,酥炸大腸當然有(不過冇叫),另外都有啲外面唔常見嘅例如鴨下巴,魚尖(係乜嚟呢?都唔知!)三個人,叫咗:1)冰梅金沙骨 - 個汁酸酸甜甜幾好味,金沙骨大舊又好肉,啲豬肉落過發粉就冇計,同埋有幾件未熟透,炸好在都噁過份。2)潮洲蠔爽 - 蠔仔炸得外脆內嫩,炸粉又有少少魚露味,真係食得好爽,絕對係全晚精點!3)蝦醬通菜 - 佢一碟做得人地兩碟!蝦醬味唔夠,可能炒得太耐,而且碟菜有啲暗(黑),但之後見第二枱嗰碟炒得幾靚,可能師傅偶有失手!4)紅酒汁煎豬潤 - 先點但嚟得最後,嚟到都飽咗八成,結果食唔哂打包。可能切得太厚,豬潤炒得略生但唔老,不過個汁冇乜紅酒味,同埋太濕。不過夾生菜食幾好。5)避風塘九肚魚 - 我本人不太好避風堂菜式,兼且粉漿有點厚,尚幸新鮮熱棘,不過不失!整體嚟食物價錢唔平,但份量足,味道好(偏濃),絕對可以翻啅!
