To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一班朋友12人一齊去食buffet, 主題係蟹宴.菜式一: 澳門水蟹粥--一pet凍的糊仔,二:薑蔥蟹--水浸3點蟹,又小又無肉,三:日式味噌蟹煲--只有味噌味, 一d蟹味都無,四:凍蟹--晚上7點開始已經無得供應, 之後再無出現過,五:三文魚及吞拿魚魚生--肉散, 霉的, 又唔新鮮, 瘀血無切去,六:意大利什菜湯--全晚就只有這個爛鬼什菜湯供應, 沒有其他選擇,七:燒牛扒--好似食緊牛肉干咁,烤羊架好似個90幾歲的都伯咁老,八:甜品--蛋糕似石頭, 款又少, 從未食過咁鞋的豆腐花, 九:餐具--全部都係濕立立的,十:服務員態度--極差!! 鞋口鞋面無水洗面, 唔問就收你未食哂的野, 叫收d吉碟, 又睬都唔睬p.s.雖然有中銀卡優惠, 但唔食好過食!!!!!
