To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友一齊喺上環,要食個午餐,喺橫街行咗幾分鐘,見到呢間,好多人客但係又唔使等位,咁就決定入去試吓🤣叫咗 $68「自家製海鮮XO醬肉眼豬扒飯🐷🥩配日本柚子醋沙律菜🥗」同埋 $56「自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉 配4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+鮮牛油多士」,餐牌仲寫住「所有套餐配 絲襪奶茶 或 忌廉即磨咖啡,本店所有食物即叫即製,請耐心等候」,咁我哋一於耐心等候🤣,不過食物都好快就嚟👍「4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+鮮牛油多士」:幾好食😋「自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉」:湯意粉 係有香港特色嘅茶餐廳食物,又係幾好味😋,叉燒幾軟熟👍「自家製海鮮XO醬肉眼豬扒飯🐷🥩配日本柚子醋沙律菜🥗」:豬扒🐷🥩煎得好香口😋,沙律菜亦都新鮮爽脆🤩要咗「熱奶茶☕️」同埋「薑汁熱奶茶☕️(+$4):兩杯都夠熱夠滑,「薑汁熱奶茶☕️」仲好夠薑味👍
