To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聞名已久，朋友們亦常推薦，但苦無機會幫襯，終於，朋友訂到枱喇到達時，門外已經見人龍，好彩有訂位，入到店內，鬧哄哄的，人山人海，大家都似是為一個目標嚟....阿拉斯加大蟹適逢有promotion ，$148一斤，㨂左隻七斤重的，果然，斤両十足，蟹膏好多，好creamy，好醇厚，香滑可口，蟹啖啖肉，肉質結實彈牙，味道鮮美無比，用手撕下蟹肉，用手進食，手指都lam埋....真係好味到停唔到口呀！食得好有滿足感，短期內再嚟過架！
