在拉麵店林立的尖沙咀,能夠生存七年仍屹立不倒,一定有其原因的!在不大起眼的柯士甸路,一間不太起眼的小店,專心做拉麵做了七年店主就在這裡為街坊煮了七年拉麵這碗以德川將軍命名,用上醬油魚介豬骨湯底,呷一啖湯,濃濃的魚香,鮮味十足!至于豐臣將軍,則是四國香蔥油湯底,湯頭濃厚得來夾著清新蔥香,夠醒神叉燒做得很好,肉味濃郁有咬口,肥瘦得宜易入口!加上半件溏心蛋,簡直絕配,令整碗拉麵視覺提昇了不少,有畫龍點睛的效果。老闆十分健談,見同我地啱傾便送一客餃子比我哋,餃子皮薄餡鮮,點上甜甜的醬油,將餃子味道提升至另一層次魚介湯汁加了魚油的確將味道提昇,原來這是店主親自泡制的秘密武器!還有另一武器,就是這瓶黑椒油,炸得脆脆的黑椒,經店主炒制之後,加在拉麵中,奇妙的化學反應就發生了,一定要親身試過才知有幾奇妙呀!但~要試趁早呀,店主説這店經營到七月便將結束,又一間敵不過疫情的小店,可惜呀!
