To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和老婆去油麻地食飯入到店舖店員很有禮貌招呼我們座低，環境幽雅細看餐牌有很多選撰，每一款我都很想試蘑菇忌廉湯，香滑而帶有蘑菇粒，也不錯法式麵包卜卜脆，好似食薯片香草燒法式洋架，剛剛煎好，表面徵脆，內裏肉質嫩滑，一咬油脂甘香，滿口油羶味，食落原汁原味羊架煎得出色，冇得彈，廚師值得一讚，煎煮時間拿捏得好意大利粉煮得剛剛好，食落口軟硬適中非常之有口感軟殼蟹剛剛炸起，外表非常吸引，食一口外面鬆脆而內裏軟棉，蟹肉鮮甜，薄薄的炸醬，炸的時間剛好賣相吸引，而且非常好味
