同阿媽在天后食完午餐,經過這間棋哥燒臘店,門口掛著很多燒鵝、叉燒及雞等,外貌吸引,所以買了些外賣作今夜的晚餐。燒味價錢同外面差不多,百多元一斤燒腩仔及叉燒。燒腩仔:外皮鬆脆而且不會燒得過火,師傅每舊切到大小差不多,一層肥一層瘦,不會太多肥膏,而且有肉汁,肉質不乾不鞋。叉燒:肥瘦均勻,表面的蜜汁不會太甜,肉質鬆化,越咬越有味,而且沒有雪豬味道。其實這裏的燒鵝應該是剛燒起,我見很多人都叫下午茶的燒鵝粉,下次可以一試。
