To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友一起來這裡吃點東西, 我試呢度出名的黃沙豬膶粥($28), 朋友則點了魚皮($35)~魚皮來的時候, 我嚇了一跳, 因為我不知原來魚皮是可以焯熟加薑蔥花生吃的, 等我仲一直以為她叫的是炸魚皮呢! 魚皮爽口, 不過我一向不好淡水魚, 覺得有d腥, 所以試了一件就沒再食, 朋友就覺得好好味~~之於豬膶粥, 粥底不錯, 粥內數片豬膶爽口彈牙, 超好味, 不過今次就輪到朋友說難食了, 還說豬膶的口感好奇怪~~~總而言之, 呢度d野食認真不錯! (如你喜歡此類不是人人接受的食物)
