To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看見大快活大力宣傳它的秘製蕃茄醬就姑且試一試$27一個焗豬扒飯加$10一個海撒沙律先說沙律有生菜有煙肉上面還有一條芝士餅乾單看面相已經吸引混在一起吃感覺清新但沙律醬用的是白汁相信用千島醬會更配而且份量也略少!至於焗豬扒飯要等10分鐘左右但新鮮焗也值得好大一塊的豬扒差不多有兩隻手掌蕃茄醬充滿蕃茄應有的鮮味不會被調味料蓋\過而且酸酸的不過甜配上用蛋炒過的飯實在很對我胃口那塊豬扒就真的又粗糙又沒有鮮味對我來說可有可無也不是重點那個蕃茄醬的確令人很開胃!

但新鮮焗也值得

好大一塊的豬扒差不多有兩隻手掌
蕃茄醬充滿蕃茄應有的鮮味不會被調味料蓋\過
而且酸酸的不過甜配上用蛋炒過的飯
實在很對我胃口

那塊豬扒就真的又粗糙又沒有鮮味
對我來說可有可無也不是重點

那個蕃茄醬的確令人很開胃!
