上次同M佬嚟銅鑼灣食首爾家,主打韓燒,肉嫩汁香,但M佬話韓燒試唔到餐廳廚師嘅真章,所以今次我哋嚟就食韓式地道料埋,睇吓又啱唔啱我哋口胃先。叫完嘢食,即刻為你送上6碟泡菜,醒醒胃!紫菜牛肉包飯包飯最怕就係紫菜變淋,好彩呢度嘅keep到香脆,而飯包住牛肉、紅蘿蔔、黃蘿蔔、雞蛋、青瓜同芝麻,麻油味香,但又唔油膩,唔錯。人蔘雞湯趁天氣凍,食番個人蔘雞補補先!湯底清香,完全無味精感,重口味人仕就唔啱喇!雞肉煲到好綿,而雞入面嘅糯米就入晒味,正!越飲覺得蔘味越香濃,原來餐廳落足料,有成2條人蔘,飲完之後,這個冬天不太冷。炆牛肋骨牛肋骨炆到好軟嫩又多汁,非常入味。而驚喜在於白蘿蔔,M佬話好香甜呀(不過,我就無食,因為人蔘同蘿蔔費事搶埋一齊啦)!年糕餃子拉麵辣年糕湯底配上餃子,同上次一樣,餃子皮薄多汁,而年糕煙韌入味,唔錯。

紫菜牛肉包飯
包飯最怕就係紫菜變淋,好彩呢度嘅keep到香脆,而飯包住牛肉、紅蘿蔔、黃蘿蔔、雞蛋、青瓜同芝麻,麻油味香,但又唔油膩,唔錯。
