To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落雨斯濕唔想去咁遠宵夜時段居然冇人等, 仲八點九已經提早入座睇黎好多人去哂旅行宵夜$98兩味, 一行三人一於食夠四樣野薑蒽焗鱈魚腩, 夠鑊氣,薑蒽焗起夠味, 而且魚腩做得外脆肉軟, 相當好味呢個蠔餅難得做得相當有大牌檔風味, 鬆脆而且落蠔仔絕不吝嗇 唯一可惜係配以紅醋有點奇怪牛腩其實唔錯, 咖哩汁亦算香口 可惜用炸醬太多, 可能牛腩本身就不應該炸配的不是法包而是甜排包多士, 不適合用作點咖哩汁, 好奇怪翅湯其實係高湯, 感覺冇乜味精 難得而雲腿津白兩樣食材本身屬傳統配搭食完上三味香口煎炸野飲返個湯係幾岩的
