To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到open rice 介紹就特登黎左呢間小店試下，一入門口就見到個制麵工場，更加令我期待。我就點了兩款佢地有名既美食，蝦子撈麵同肉絲竹昇麵。蝦子撈麵- 個麵底好好食，好煙韌,個麵果然好食，但蝦子就有點少，再多試會更好到了肉絲竹昇麵 -講真的，完全失望，佢炸到破壞左麵既煙韌，炸到好油同脆，但咬落下好粉咁，完成唔覺得自己食緊係麵，個汁又好結，結到一pat pat 咁，肉絲又唔算多，完全似醬撈麵粉咁。我食左一半都食唔落去

到了肉絲竹昇麵 -講真的，完全失望，佢炸到破壞左麵既煙韌，炸到好油同脆，但咬落下好粉咁，完成唔覺得自己食緊係麵，個汁又好結，結到一pat pat 咁，肉絲又唔算多，完全似醬撈麵粉咁。我食左一半都食唔落去
