To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又係壽司日，點解咁鍾意食壽司呢，因為除左有舊飯之外，其餘大部分都係魚生，自我感覺都算比較健康。今日星期六，同屋企人去食位於旺角銀行中心既元氣壽司。.🍚 軟殼蟹手卷我敢講元氣壽司既軟殼蟹手卷絕對係世一，其他壽司可能麻麻地，不過佢既軟殼蟹手卷炸得好出色，加上獨有醬汁，係真係好好食。.🍚油甘魚刺身，長鰭呑拿魚刺身油甘魚刺身叫左兩次，第一次俾啲頭頭尾尾，好難睇，味道係可以既，第二次就正常返。長鰭呑拿魚刺身切得超級薄，另外解凍做得唔好，霉霉爛爛咁，味道一般，好失望。.🍚帆立貝用apps 落單明明寫巨型，點知都係正常大小，性價比好差。.總括然而，好壞參半，一分錢一分貨，黎過吓癮都可以，諗住食好野就不了。
