今次係第二次去食平成22,上次好似係星期六日,所以好多人排隊,今次係閑日,仲要我哋一放工就衝來,七點都未夠,唔駛等位就入得啦。平成22有好多其他放係餐廳搵唔到嘅嘢食,呢個都係我哋食完一次返轉頭再食嘅原因。有好多唔同種類嘅選擇。呢個係必叫嘅煎鵝肝,其實相比煎,我更加覺得似係炸,因為面頭有一層好薄好薄嘅粉漿,食落更加酥脆,一咬落去鵝肝嘅油分就咇再出嚟,外皮夠趣,中間都仲係軟林林嘅,隱約中見到粉紅色添。蒜片牛肋肉一般見到嘅都係牛柳粒,但係平成22用咗牛肋肉,會比起牛柳粒薄切啲,但係受熱會平均啲,唔會出面熟曬但係裏面仲係紅卜卜咁樣,而且牛肋肉切得較為薄,比較易入口咀嚼,都較為入味,蒜香嘅味道唔太重,反而多咗牛味。刺身全部都係厚切嘅,最緊要係二人入座,仲會送多一板海膽,海膽出乎意料地鮮甜,唔好以為送嘅就冇質素,完全食唔到有腥味,而且海膽嘅形狀好靚,唔會變咗一劈野,每一粒都金黃色,好新鮮。另外仲可以叫到唔算係太想睇放題出現嘅油金魚,而且有金魚嘅質素好高,非常肥美,每一啖都有如有嘅甘香,令人想不停再叫過嚟食。而三文魚方面就用咗比較少見嘅三文魚腩,比一般見到嘅三文魚更加肥美。甜蝦方面竟然係原隻上,連殼

一般見到嘅都係牛柳粒,但係平成22用咗牛肋肉,會比起牛柳粒薄切啲,但係受熱會平均啲,唔會出面熟曬但係裏面仲係紅卜卜咁樣,而且牛肋肉切得較為薄,比較易入口咀嚼,都較為入味,蒜香嘅味道唔太重,反而多咗牛味。

甜蝦方面竟然係原隻上,連殼都未搣,咁一定新鮮啦,而且隻隻都有大半隻手掌咁長,肉身好舊口,識落鮮甜可口。
帶子都非常出色,食落去好creamy好甜,而且隻隻都好厚肉。

壽司方面最鍾意係火炙三文魚同埋花之戀壽司,最緊要係三文魚唔會話切得好薄,都仲係有口感嘅厚度,而且好用心去燒,唔會燒得過熟或者輕輕辣一辣就算,花之戀用咗唔算好多嘅沙律醬,唔會搶咗三文魚嘅味道,我覺得份量啱啱好。

天婦羅同炸物都有好多唔同嘅選擇,個人最鍾意就係秋葵天婦羅同埋甜粟米天婦羅,外面嘅粉漿好薄,揸得好乾身,唔會油淋淋,而且秋葵比較少見,又健康,好適合攞嚟做天婦羅。而炸雞軟骨就略嫌細粒左啲,但係細細粒食唔會話太快飽,慢慢咬下咬下都幾爽。

日式高湯素翅,呢個唔係成日見到嘅,即刻點左嚟食啦,素翅嘅份量好夠,唔會剩係得面嗰浸食完冇晒,而且個湯甜得來一啲都唔鹹,又唔會話太潔,非常好。
