To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港食拉麵黎講，我有兩間經常幫襯，一間就係元朗既彩（係西環開左分店，但未試過），另一間就係豚王。中環呢間豚王仲有做埋下午菜，份量較少，男仔就實唔夠食，但對我黎講岩岩好，而且仲平差唔多40蚊，既能慳錢又可節制飲食lol豚王既湯好濃郁，豬骨味極濃，由於煮到有d秥既關係，非常能夠掛湯🤤仲有溏心蛋都係一定要食，食左咁多次，冇一次係失手。中環店經常要排隊，而且好多遊客專程黎食，其實都幾好笑，明明拉麵係日本野 UMmm....
