呢間餐廳開咗咁耐,終於去第一次去試 。以前去大阪食大阪燒,都覺得好好味,不過喺大阪食嗰陣唔係自己燒嘅。今次可以自己燒,覺得好好玩,雖然過程都有少少論盡,因為佢大阪燒、廣島燒同文字燒嘅煮法都有少少唔同, 所以記性唔好嘅我,每次煮一個乜乜燒都要望一望個餐牌個instruction。 除咗乜乜燒之外,仲叫咗個芝士年糕,都幾得意。佢上面有舊牛油,其實就係牛油燒芝士年糕,年糕入面有啲芝士咁囉。 廣島燒其實我就麻麻喇,因為有好大舊炒麵 。都係大阪燒最好味,另外文字燒唔係好似大阪燒咁結成一個餅,係比較濕,有少少似台灣蠔煎嘅感覺, 應該係有啲木薯粉,有少少糊狀, 都幾好味。
