To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去咗觀塘食元氣壽司，餐廳用咗平板來點餐，點餐後會有架列車送壽司過嚟，感覺非常過癮好玩😝。原來真係有人會分好多次落單，咁架列車就會黎好好次😂玉子壽司一如既往咁出色，份量大大嚿，玉子香甜，飯量不會太多，好滿足。三文魚炙燒壽司的魚油入口即溶，夠肥美。個人覺得比就咁三文魚壽司仲要好食！芝士大蝦炙燒壽司一樣有特色。芝士醬唔會過多或者過鹹。啱啱好同蝦嘅鮮味好夾。點了一個熱烏冬，係讚岐烏冬，中規中矩，冇乜特別。只係驚唔夠飽所以叫🤣總結覺得餐廳質素中上，但就性價比來講,我都係會選擇食放題。因為花款多之餘，仲可以唔使睇價錢叫。😝😝
