Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好好食的清湯牛腩

最近因事常常在佐敦站附近找早餐吃，這裡的早餐 是茶餐廳常見的牛扒 奄列 多士，牛扒很嫩不會太韌。 而且幾抵食（39 元）驚喜是上午已經有清湯腩供應，清湯很有鮮味，牛肉味配合蔥和西芹的香味十分好喝，沒有太多味精，不知不覺整碗喝完，也不感到口渴。牛腩份量很多也是非常嫩，不像很多其他地方難以咀嚼 （約60元）。亦試過這裡的咖喱牛腩飯，不過咖喱，就普普通通，並無突出之處。其實港式/粵式牛腩做得好係完全可以比得上而家流行嘅日本拉麵， 越南河粉，只係包裝問題！
