To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都超鍾意食元氣壽司，貪佢到到都有，有時不時加啲唔同嘅壽司款，唔算超貴，過下壽司癮之餘，又有比較平民嘅午餐set。今次同八個朋友一齊又想食元氣，就諗住挨個外賣自取。講咗啲食物先，真係要大贊新出嘅蟹棒壽司，超級非常之大既蟹棒，真係好好食，我哋忍唔住叫咗成12件咁多，仲有元氣卷呀炸蝦卷呀等等都係咁好味。我都知道叫外賣就一定會有膠袋同外賣膠盆莊壽司。但係估都估唔到，大膠袋都比兩個，有啲壽司有獨立分開裝又加個細膠壽司盤加細膠袋，真係超級非常極度浪費。對元氣好失望。真係好希望下次員工入外賣嗰時可以盡量減少不必要嘅塑膠就最好啦。
