Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (桂林街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗黃金商場,見肚餓又係時候搵好嘢食,突然見到好耐冇食過嘅傷心酸辣粉就二話不說入咗去。我叫咗BB辣米線配加大招牌口水雞,好鍾意佢呢到個口水雞,因為雞肉夠嫩滑,加上啲醬汁調得好好,辣辣地,配埋陪碟既香蔥、芫荽同花生,真係好好食,食到停唔到口。友人就叫咗三餸既薯粉,分別係肥牛、芝士豆腐同蘿蔔,薯粉十分煙韌,而且吸哂啲湯,所以食落酸辣味十足。最後仲有叫咗份油菜同小食,分別係涼拌茄子同一口紫薯,涼拌茄子好入味,而且仲放滿蒜蓉同芫荽,鍾意重口味既一定要試。另外個紫薯絕對有驚喜,連皮一齊炸咗好鬆化,仲好重嘅番薯味。
