To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新加坡讓人又愛又恨,喜歡她的美食,卻討厭其炎熱的天氣,其實香港要品嚐到新加坡美食唔難。今晚我同女女專程去到D2 place 的 bugis 食新加坡菜。黎到一定要點招牌菜海南雞飯,無骨雞肉真係好滑,配油飯真係正,好香好好味,連嘴刁既女女都清曬成碟肉。套餐跟小食,選擇了沙爹雞串,唔太辣沙爹醬足夠。加錢叫左個通菜,連沙煲上桌,鑊氣夠。另外加個肉骨茶,呢餐新加坡餐更圓滿,裡面個條排骨唔會太乾。女女點的恐龍美祿超級濃郁,面頭有些棉花糖,小朋友最喜歡。我就飲生薑龍眼茶,夠健康袪寒。呢度佈置色彩繽紛,氣氛幾開心,坐得舒適,好想再黎食多次海南雞飯,因為我本身是海南雞飯控🤣🤣。
