今日端午節,係屋企煲粥。係新北江坤記粥店外賣買隻糉應節。$9,付上筷子+豉油,幾細心。打開隻糉,糉仔細細,唔大隻。入邊有咸蛋+肥肉1舊+綠豆,當然唔少得糯米。隻糉扎得好實,睇落好細,其實都唔少糯米,手細唔錯,味道頗好。豉油味道就普通,好黑,好似老抽,唔食都得。平時都有去食下粥,多數食艇仔粥,有魷魚,生牛肉,豬皮等等,不過不失咁。
