環境好舒服, buffet檯好大, 分好多個 section, 款式非常之多, 大部份都好吸引, 有好多自助餐好少見的食物.

刺身選擇多, 夠新鮮, 竟然有Toro, 手握壽司係即叫即做, 唔會放晒係度, 所以好新鮮, 另外仲有三款炙燒壽司, 燒玻璃蝦壽司最好食, 上面個汁好特別. 用黎配Parma Ham果D哈蜜瓜超甜, 好難得自助餐會用D咁高質素既哈蜜瓜. 凍蟹好好肉, 好鮮甜. 最驚喜係除左有一般自助餐都有既凍食海鮮之外, 仲有即叫即烚既新鮮熱辣海鮮, 有蟹有蜆有大花甲, 個湯底仲好好味添.

日式串燒唔錯, 燒烤食品質素都幾好, 仲有好少見既燒乳豬, 塊皮真係燒得好酥脆, 一般自助餐既燒味都會被忽略, 但係呢度既所有燒味都做得好好. 海南雞飯無論係個油飯同D辣椒醬都做得好正宗, 我先生係馬來西亞人, 佢教識我點至係正宗好食既海南雞飯, 呢度做得仲好過好多出面既東南亞餐廳. 燉湯一盅盅, 細細盅, 方便客人攞, 唔會倒到周圍都係.

甜品勁多, 樣樣都好好食, Tiramisu同 Blueberry Cheesecake同意大利餐廳Sabatini果D一模一樣, 質素有保證. 呢間酒店既芝士蛋糕一向都出晒名, 個American Cheesecake雖然好heavy都食到唔停得口. 連一杯杯果D mousse 甜品都製作認真, 開心果mousse好特別.

Serve 我地果檯個waitress好有效率, 一坐底就幫我地用個套套住件褸同個袋, 可以防止D食物整污糟之餘亦唔怕俾人偷野. 佢見我地share食, 就好主動唔洗我地叫已經攞D碟仔俾我地.

尖沙咀區黎講已經唔算貴, 仲要大部份信用卡都有折, 折左之後真係好底, 尤其以佢D咁高質素既食物就更加物超所值.
