十月份去完釜山旅行,好掛住當地的啤酒炸雞,經過元朗見到新沙洞店面裝修好有韓國食店感覺,入去食返餐止下癮先。店內裝飾也是滿滿的韓風感覺,播放著的韓國流行音樂仿如置身於韓國一樣,店內有醬油蟹推廣 $168(原價$248)包麻油紫菜飯,星期一至五全日供應,星期六日晚上七點前離座,可惜要提早致電預約,唯有下次再試。鐵板燒濟州黑毛豬配生菜以鐵板烤熟黑毛豬,豬肉半肥半瘦,以生菜、韓式辣醬、辣椒、生蒜包著食,口感滿滿,好有豬肉香味,正啊醬油蟹膏蟹肉拌飯蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽、紫菜,再加埋生雞蛋拌勻,每一啖都很滿足,份量很大很足料醬油八爪魚配沙律菜八爪魚配上新鮮沙律菜,加上醬汁很配搭,清新之選招牌炸雞(甜辣)最期待的炸雞,味道不輸韓國當地食的炸雞,外脆內軟,啖啖肉手工啤酒炸雞與啤酒是絕配,我選的這款好香的麥味,容易入口菠蘿乳酸罐裝飲品比較甜,沒有乳酸味
