復活節假期,當然要約朋友出去食飯啦。我們選擇了Omakase, 這間的位置是樓上,鋪面很精緻。茶碗蒸,我的最愛,滑滑的雞蛋配搭幾款海鮮,很適合的開胃菜。日本鮮帶子配合柚子皮,味道很清新的感覺,而且帶子很新鮮,正!金目鯛,上面是炸葱絲,魚肉很突出,味道一流活赤貝加上青檸汁,爽口的赤貝略帶微酸,鮮味更上一層樓真鯛配梅子醬,師傅用火槍輕輕燒一燒魚尾至黑金色,果然是高級真鯛,味道與其他魚很不同,新鮮又肥美!深海池魚,又腍滑又爽脆,配醋漬紫菜醬,酸味將池魚的味道提升😍拖羅赤海膽手卷,不得了🥹好creamy 的口感
