To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次同朋友黎呢度食, 果時都係是旦揀一間架咋, 不過食完就真係覺得冇揀錯叫左幾個菜, 每碟大約幾十至一百蚊左右啦, 幾個人share食先黎就一個西瓜沙律, 好甜, 好開胃, 帶小小酸味, 所以食完感覺好開胃個黑松露意粉好野味, 好入味個Pizza好簡單, 不過好好味, 好脆特別係個羊架, 好嫩, 好Juicy, 完全冇so味. 我個人都唔敢食有so味ge野, 但呢個真係好好味, 冇得彈仲有個三色焗蠔, 亦非常出色, 非常大隻, 非常新鮮, 特別係其中ge芝士焗蠔, 必食之選 !!個dessert樣樣都好食,個心太軟簡直係極品, 熱辣辣之餘, 好有朱古力味, 一放入口, 就停唔到口, 要叫多個先夠本個焦糖燉蛋外脆內滑, 層焦糖好正, 唔係好甜, 味道恰到好處, 我個人非常喜歡
