To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係香港想食一碗魚蛋粉麵根本冇難度！但有時都想食啲有質素既粉麵西環呢間源興隆經過改革後煥然一新但亦保留懷舊氣息呢個告示就好有懷舊氣息仲有自家製既辣醬，價錢仲好抵特別推介「豬肚丸」、「手打鯪魚丸」原來「豬肚丸」係老香港既味道坊間一直都好少有呢種丸，至少我係第一次聽咬第一啖，已經係滿滿既胡椒豬肚湯既味道胡椒味香而不辣口感Q彈爽口！「手打鯪魚丸」我不嬲都唔鍾意食鯪魚球的，因為食過啲好粉、好淋、無質感而又腥既之後，就一直都好抗拒呢種丸今日諗住夾隔離一粒試下，被「手打」呢2個字吸引左食完之後好有驚喜首先係無腥味的而且果皮味好香濃，有助辟腥，而且口感完全唔粉、唔淋的呢度既鯪魚丸值得一試！「五香豬手」哇！炆得好夠淋，係淋到滑溜溜的五香既味道融入左係豬手入面有別於坊間超濃味的南乳味，呢度既五香味道更能食出豬手既層次感唔會好似出面咁淨係被南乳味道覆蓋全部！炸醬麵呢度既炸醬同出面既炸醬好唔同，唔會一pat pat漿味道甜甜酸酸咁，好開胃！重點係用左豬肉眼，食落好有實在感呢間源興隆對食物質素既堅持，反映出係好有heart❤️❤️❤️
