To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch 成日都見排長龍，今日早放特登過黎食蛋包飯。餐廳唔算大，座位唔多。食左濃茄牛肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯，賣相好靚，三隻色放埋一齊好鮮明。蛋包飯既蛋係重點，最鐘意滑蛋同白飯一齊食，又香又軟。兩款汁都好香好濃味，一啖濃茄牛肉加飯一啖燴牛肉汁加飯，食完又唔會口渴。下次要再黎試下個手打和牛漢堡扒。
