呢間餐廳環境靚,食物又精緻,值得一試。對於有要求嘅食客呢,要完美嘅用餐體驗,餐廳一定要每一道菜都花心思,睇得又食得。呢度就比到呢個感覺我,好滿意!從前菜開始,就感受到廚師對食材嘅用心。芝士松露貝涅餅香氣四溢,配濃郁的乳酪,口感層次豐富。而縞海老配番菇風乾豬頰肉,海老鮮嫩,與風乾豬肉的層次好夾,yummy。在精美的前菜之後,接下來的海膽配雅枝竹、池魚配魚子醬以及緬因帶子配魚子等海鮮類讓人驚喜不已。每一種食材都極其新鮮,經過精心烹飪,突出海鮮本身的鮮味。而蘇格蘭海蟼蝦更是一絕,肉質緊實飽滿,高質。主菜方面,乳鴿配紅菜頭馬告山胡椒無疑是最大的亮點。肉質嫩滑,搭配馬告山胡椒與紅菜頭,層次豐富。最後,精緻的甜品有提拉米蘇,濃郁綿密,好香;法式美點都好出色。呢間餐廳的用餐體驗幾好。
