入到屯門, 特意選了這間coffee shop一試, 點了個tea set, 咖啡upgrade至copper luwak (麝香咖啡), 於聖誕佳節慰勞下自己罷! 另再加一杯手沖危地馬拉咖啡。層次分明的朱古力和金黃色chocolate cream & cheese cake很是吸引, 份量相對於如今市面銷售的一般為大, 吃下口, 咬感跟賣相一樣, 層次分明, 朱古力跟芝士一層層的溶化於口腔, 整件蛋糕的味道很平衡, 不會過甜或重口味。危地馬拉咖啡整體質感温和醇厚, 酸度不強。至於麝香咖啡口感平淡郤圓潤, 味道香醇, 喝下這特殊香味實是一種享受!
