朋友生日就特登去呢度慶祝,因為佢特別想食鐵板燒🤣前菜:凍粟米湯,上面配上燒過嘅粟米,另外仲有漬蕃茄,清新鮮甜龍蝦汁蒸蛋充滿龍蝦嘅香味,蛋嫩滑無比,入面仲有少少魚片同埋紫蘇花銀鱈魚配紅椒汁:成個犯罪有記憶點就係呢一道菜,紅椒汁喺出面係食唔到,味道係酸酸辣辣咁,但係又冇搶到銀鱈魚嘅香味沙巴虎蝦:未煮之前俾我哋睇過,真係好大隻,用咗蟲草花忌廉汁去翻炒虎蝦,汁嘅味道新奇好味,蝦肉比較厚實南非鮑魚:用咗香濃雞湯去煮鮑魚,飲到啖啖嘅骨膠原鵝肝多士:上面用咗蘋果醋嚟中和鵝肝嘅油膩感,鵝肝充滿油脂,份量十足燒美國牛肉:今次係用咗封門柳,好香牛肉味,亦都有口感,最鍾意配昆布鹽一齊食最後仲有高菜炒飯、麵豉湯、焦糖多士同埋開心果雪糕,真係大滿足
