I went to Kwai Fong on Saturday and wanted to eat ramen. I saw someone queuing up for ramen, so I wanted to try it. As soon as we entered, the environment was so humid and hot, and the tabletop was so wet. There are not many types of noodles. I tried the signature chicken white soup, which comes with pork, duck, and chicken. The texture of the noodles is firm, very chewy and delicious. The soup base is very rich and the meat is tender and smooth. But the environment is disappointing.
