不是第一吃食真味鮮廚,但上兩次都係打邊爐, 今次試下蒸汽海鮮先。位於坑口尼間分店每次來都好多人,今日也不例外,侍應個個忙到一頭煙,我地唯有lala聲落單, 落左單一陣,個侍應埋來落米南瓜少少水落個蒸汽鍋底先, 等陣蒸海鮮d精華就會滴落個粥裡面增加鮮味。d鋪檯既紙上面有指示每種食材需要蒸幾耐,全自助,上左d材料,可以開蒸啦。首先係手切肥牛,少少脂肪花紋,蒸完, 食得,因為沒有點醬料,完全食到原始的牛肉鮮味,淡淡的,還不錯。我地原本想點貴妃蚌,但無,唯有叫左沙白,但係d沙白唔係好新鮮,好多蒸完都仲未開口, 怕食壞肚,無開口的全部唔食蒜蓉帶子,好大隻,按指示蒸做4分鐘,但係有d太大,無係好熟,所以要蒸多陣,只要帶子新鮮,配蒜蓉蒸一定唔得輸。開邊龍蝦, 都幾大隻,幾乎擺唔曬落個蒸爐,蒸4到5分鐘就食得,正到最後就係食個海鮮精華粥,好甜海鮮味,南瓜好淋,真係好好味,可惜唔記得影相

蒜蓉帶子,好大隻,按指示蒸做4分鐘,但係有d太大,無係好熟,所以要蒸多陣,只要帶子新鮮,配蒜蓉蒸一定唔得輸。
