To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間都做左幾年, 之前同位置一直做唔住, 無記錯上手仲要係椰林閣不過轉左呢個翠豪園生意好似唔錯佢地本身有午餐, 不過入黎其實係想食D唔同既野因為生意好, 所以幾迫下, 黎幾次都係撘枱響大門口入去就有個牌, 佢地既招牌係湯飯王55蚊包一湯一菜二餸, 白飯或米線,加餸+10, 餐茶+10, 所以我只係點左個普通湯加飯佢地個湯飯本身有豬潤, 豬腰, 牛肉, 雞肉, 田雞, 黃鱔今次點既係紫菜, 豬腰加黃鱔, 飯同鼓油分開上湯底: 味似豬骨湯,  當然唔及老火湯, 都OK既, 我飲左大半碗都唔覺口渴, 中午無不斷飲水豬腰: 新鮮, 超爽口, 加D辣椒鼓油真係好正黃鱔: 我自己鐘意食鱔, 同樣都係爽既, 無乜雪味, 不過今次仲有少少腥, 可能洗得唔清紫菜: 我本身喜歡西洋菜, 但西洋菜唔熟好危險, 所以改叫紫菜, 潛湯之後原來口感味道都好特別白飯: 好似硬左少少整體55蚊, 一般午餐價, 但食到半時少食既野今次已經係第三次返黎食, 除左坐得唔舒服, 味道方面係合格以上

Other Info. : 記得以前落街市行個圈, 好容易搵到火腩大鱔煲 想唔到香港退化到連大鱔都食唔起, 而家連田雞都好少見, 都咪話禾花雀 唉..............................
