好耐冇去Apita美食廣場... 今晚忽然好想食京花嘅帶子烏冬, 可惜去到發現京花已經執咗... 變咗「橫浜麵大將」!!! 都行到o黎啦, 照食啦...睇緊有咩食時, 見到服務員用日文同客戶交談, 嘩!!! 好利害呀!!! 係美食廣場賣拉麵都識講日文!!! 好認真嘅日式拉麵店呀!!!日式叉燒拉麵--我揀咗豬骨湯底, 都幾清... 叉燒OK喎, 軟軟地, 唔會硬倔倔... 見到糖芯蛋好開心, 因為連屋台屋都唔再比糖芯蛋, 可能因為工序繁複啦... 個拉麵好似上海幼麵, 同豬軟骨拉麵唔同樣, 咁奇怪嘅, 大家都係拉麵, 點解會用2種麵嘅...豬軟骨拉麵--豉油湯底, 個湯底都幾嗆喉... 個拉麵都幾彈牙, 幾好食喎...APITA美食廣場人流唔多, 都幾好坐o架... 我地今日仲坐到梳化位, 正!!!
