To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排呢間麵包舖搞咗個抹茶祭好多人都去排隊買，懶得滯就冇去到排隊，平時都好多人買佢嘅麵包，盒子同bagel🥯其實第一次食佢哋舖頭嘅出品係canelé，但個人麻麻地呢樣食物🙈咁啱上次食咗佢哋嘅scone都幾鬆化～今日見到有新品，決定畀多次機會佢嚟試下佢嘅甜品同麵包🤪甜品寫係抹茶tiramisu，諗住前幾日咁多人好評佢哋嘅抹茶包實冇死啦😩最頂有半粒抹茶macaroon，但唔知係咪雪得太耐所以有啲硬，係要用牙力咬個種硬🤥頂層有啲紅豆都算煮得綿，但下面嘅抹茶creamcheese同蛋糕體都唔係好食得出抹茶味，係偏甜膩，個人麻麻地🥲另外仲買咗個麵包叫紫·糬，係麵包入面塞滿紫薯餡同麻糬🤤麻糬好夠軟糯，但冇紫薯餡咁多，作為麻糬fans想多啲麻糬因為太好食唔夠喉😩🤍另外想讚麵包體超鬆軟咬落去會識回彈個種🥰不過紫薯餡偏甜，唔係好啱個人口味🤭然後發現好似呢間嘢啲出品都係比較甜，亦都可能係因為我鍾意重抹茶味😂 下次可能試下其他鹹包先😛
