To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友經過附近，黎左呢間譚仔食。我地兩個人，叫左個套餐酸辣，加左個辣味雞翼。酸辣味既套餐好好食，酸中帶辣，連一向唔食辣既朋友都話好味。有牛丸，墨丸，但每款得一粒，都幾彈牙。仲有生菜、雞肉、炸醬、酸菜等等。真係好抵食，但稍嫌d米線太少，兩個人唔係好夠食。辣味雞翼終於黎啦。平時食開土匪，今次專登叫辣味雞翼試試。一食落去 嘩！辣到high high。我食到第二隻都頂唔順，要叫杯凍野飲。
