To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日嗌咗個外賣以為招牌古法雞好正 點知一打開成個盒都係油仲要溝咗啲唔知乜湯 成件事沙薑雞唔似沙薑雞 雞又冇雞味 仲要成盒都係雞背脊同埋雞胸 上面寫住話1/4隻雞 但係我覺得係得1/4雞骨 啲肉又好鞋口 似係用水煮咗好耐 可能我真係唔識欣賞呢啲 從來冇食過咁樣嘅雞 外賣仲要貴咗好多 (fxxdpxxdx)外賣要$60)呢隻雞應該老過我阿嫲 我嗌左阿華田但完全冇味似飲熱水多啲 應該係冇落奶 冇一樣野係可以接受 自問要求唔高 好失望可一不可再唔會再食
