To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好難食

新裝修。其實有同事去過已經同我講裝修後食物質素完全冇進步，反而仲衰過以前。但係新屎坑三日香，我都係盲舂舂去咗試，依家好後悔。其實個餐牌都好吸引，三個都會想食，最後我哋兩個都揀咗3號餐。其實賣相唔錯，但係食落就知道伏。底層全部都係白飯，冇炒底，啲豬扒谷到好乾好硬，但係又細塊，變咗豬扒薯片咁樣。。。。最可憐係凍奶茶， 唔知點解叫小冰，但係落多咗10倍糖水，真係超級超級超級甜，好似成杯都係糖水咁，個侍應哥哥已經好好，我叫咗佢比杯熱茶我，我本身諗住兩溝會冇咁甜，但係都係攪唔掂真係甜到糖尿，所以最後淨係飲杯熱茶就算。同事杯熱奶茶正常，因為係自己落糖嘅。
