諗起日式餐廳食蟹，我腦海中第一間想到就係這間餐廳，慶幸餐廳在經歷疫情後仍然屹立不倒今天過來吃套餐，前菜蟹肉柚子沙律酸酸的，開胃。牛奶粟米幾特別，咬下去口感粉粉地，味道好甜。刺身都肥美飽滿滿意的茶碗蒸，因爲魚子為蒸蛋增添了鹹味蒸蟹看起來真的霸氣，所以這道菜上台後來，我們一直在拍照。。。蟹殼全部都已經破好，所以我們是可以十分輕鬆把肉挑出，原來吃蟹可以吃得那麽休閒。蟹肉用蒸的方法，嘗到蟹肉的鮮甜。裏面的蟹膏也是滿滿的，很濃郁。明太子蘆筍好嫩，鹹香鹹香牛扒油香不錯，去到呢度已經幾飽再配冷烏冬，上面也有少少蟹肉作點綴最後的甜點作結
