To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環豚王外經常有條長長既人龍，難得今日lunch time時段都冇咩人，當然係要食返餐啦。menu黎黎去去都係個幾款麵，間中會推出期間限定款式，不過我連基本既都未試晒，個期間限定又唔太吸引，我都係食返個黑王吧啦。黑王個湯底真係好黑，一上枱就聞到好香。可能有人會怕食完個嘴同啲牙會黑而放棄叫呢個麵，其實飲多幾啖水就冇問題。豚王可以選擇麵既軟梗度，配料同辣既份量，所以最怕麵條太軟既我黎呢度食就唔洗怕，因為可以選麵既口感為較硬。湯底好足料又香濃，配麵食好豐富。不過最大問題係咁樣食好滯，食既時候一邊覺得好滿足一邊覺得好滯。
