To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人十分喜歡炒蛋,透過朋友介紹,得知太子有一間著名食炒蛋的冰室,於是在假日便去拜訪一下,點了一個常餐,火腿炒蛋,叉燒意粉,凍奶茶。先說這個炒蛋非常細滑,蛋味香濃,名符其實食蛋有蛋味,而多士與牛油亦配合得天衣無縫,叉燒意粉就比較普通但湯底又不像普通餐廳那麼油,最後凍奶茶真是不得之了,一字既之曰:正,一試就愛上。
