To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講啲基本嘢：地方闊落燈光光猛坐得舒服服務態度好上枱食物夠熱如果喜歡玩深層次嘅朋友可以試吓佢哋嘅廚師發板我就嗰日比較唔係咁肚餓求其叫咗幾樣嘢食魚湯做得非常好味道夠濃又唔會腥相信佢個魚餅應該係自家製作做得好嗰件花膠相當得體唔係孤寒嗰隻叉燒有水準，肉質好有夠熱炸子雞有雞味黃金蝦都好朋友們應該要試吓呢度嘅豆腐花相當滑同埋有豆味
