To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同男朋友去好耐冇去嘅溫野菜食壽喜燒牛肉火鍋,自從之前食過一次就愛上咗溫野菜嘅壽喜燒鍋我哋每次黎親都一定係叫壽喜燒湯底,今次食嘅係黑毛和牛同宮崎牛,我覺得黑毛和牛好食啲,超靚雪花嘅黑毛和牛放入口,入口即溶,再加埋甜甜嘅壽喜燒汁同超有彈香味嘅日本蛋今次試嘅係二人餐,餐入邊有一隻炸豆腐魚球,個樣好似一啲魚蛋類製品,原本我對呢類製品無乜期待,諗住只係普通嘅打邊爐丸,點知一放入口,超級嫩滑,令我好有驚喜,係一種超滑嘅魚腐口感,嗰時先知原來呢個係炸豆腐魚球。另外豚肉餃子都好個皮好煙韌,好似食緊手打烏冬咁,我好鍾意呢種煙靭嘅口感雖然溫野菜唔平,但係每次去到溫野菜,都令我好有滿足感
