同朋友喺尖沙咀行完街,順便食個做節邊爐,聽講heath 開咗間懷舊style邊爐,勁吸引就去試吓!鋪面貼滿好多香港懷舊嘅廣告海報,侍應着嘅都係懷舊茶餐廳嘅制服,最有趣嘅係佢啲碟碟餐具都係用返傳統懷舊香港嘅,仲用一個懷舊嘅洗面盆同舊式暖壺,倒出熱水洗碗碗碟碟,勁正皮蛋芫荽湯底$88一上枱已經聞到陣陣嘅芫荽香味,芫荽湯底味道偏淡,飲得出冇加味精,飲一啖湯頭清香易入口,皮蛋香味適中,唔會搶咗芫荽嘅香味,荽友必點。豬肉片$78份量足夠兩人食用,望上去油脂分布滿滿,恰一恰就食得,入口肉質鮮嫩多汁。粟米粒粒肥美飽滿,蒿荀同片皇帝菜新鮮翠綠,吸盡皮蛋芫荽湯,味道層次更加豐富。紫菜響鈴$38即叫即炸,響鈴淋淋脆脆咁就要食原味,加埋紫菜就多一浸紫菜香味,平衡油脂感。全滿記肥牛(必食)$168肥牛脂肪比例啱啱好,軟嫩得來唔會太油膩,吸收皮蛋芫荽湯嘅甜味。
