To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣咁熱係尖沙咀商場行街，突然想食片皮鴨，之前呢間排晒隊，都係時候去試下，依家外賣仲做折，外賣的確抵食。半隻大都烤鴨，2個人食再點其他餸都夠食，皮脆適中，片下無多餘脂肪，唔會油淋淋，仲有唔少鴨肉，很嫩，好食。薄餅皮薄易包，皮與皮之間有紙隔住，唔會黐住另一塊胡同牛肋骨 肉炆得很淋，似係用特別嘅葉炆過，很入味，值得推介黑松露小籠包，反而唔算有黑松露味，可以食返原味，兩種都裡面都包住多精華，皮薄易入口。原味小籠包都係唔錯選擇
